I’ve always enjoyed being outside to take photos, but every once in a while a school, like Holt, has stricter requirements on yearbook photos for their seniors. This means that I have to setup a studio in the house in order to get a yearbook photo for the senior.
That is the case for Mercedes, we started off at the house to get a photo with a backdrop. After that we walked around the neighborhood, there is a beautiful nature trail, and lots of wild flowers that really complimented Mercedes’ look. We finished off with an old wooden fence in my back yard before we went to MSU for finish the session.
One of my favorite photos was the 2022 that we made with the rocks in the Japanese gardens. It turned out so well! Mercedes had a killer smile and was so great to work with. Just another great session for the class of 2022!
