It’s Fall! And to celebrate I’m going to be posting quite a few old fall photos! This session of M and P is from 2013. P was pretty little so we wanted to do some formal shots inside before we moved outside. These photos were taking on Halloween, and the indoor shots were before the kids got dressed up in their costumes. Nothing super fancy, but the photos turned out really well. Some times the best place to take photos of kids are in an environment they’re comfortable with. After the indoor shots we went to Michigan State and took photos on the grass at Circle Drive. I wanted to incorporate color in the backdrop and there was this beautiful red tree by Belmont Tower that I was able to get P to have some great photos with. M during this time had passed out in her mom’s car so we were just able to get P.

I hope you’re all as excited as I am for Fall, and I hope you enjoy these photos! Expect many more fall themed portraits over the next few weeks!
